In its continued effort to educate business owners, Business Brokers and related transaction professionals, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) has developed the newest online glossary of its kind for terms commonly used in the business-selling process.
“This project is a significant step forward in achieving a standardized vernacular for the profession, so that business sellers, buyers, brokers and other advisors can communicate more effectively during the business transference process,” stated Barry Berkowitz, IBBA Education Chair and 2020 IBBA Board Chair-Elect.
Users may search the Glossary by keyword or alphabetically with new additions and updates occurring quarterly. “We’re committed to making the Glossary a thriving and growing resource for all,” said Berkowitz.
